24/7 Bail Bond Services in Winston-Salem, NC to Help You Secure Fast Release

If you or a loved one has been arrested in Winston-Salem, NC, finding a resolution quickly is the priority.

Around The Clock Bail Bonds offers reliable, straightforward support to get your life back on track. Trouble doesn’t keep office hours, which is why our Winston-Salem bondsmen are available around the clock, every single day. Whether you need a local expert near you or just a clear voice to explain the process, we’re just one phone call away from starting the paperwork.

Winston-Salem is the seat of Forsyth County and one of the largest cities in North Carolina, home to areas like Downtown, West End, Ardmore, Buena Vista, and the neighborhoods surrounding Wake Forest University. Our Winston-Salem office doesn’t stop at the city line either; we help clients throughout all of Forsyth County, including Kernersville, Clemmons, Lewisville, and Walkertown.

Arrests made in Winston-Salem are processed through the Forsyth County Detention Center on North Church Street downtown, with first appearances and bond hearings moving through the Forsyth County Courthouse on North Chestnut Street. Because release timing depends on magistrate scheduling and booking volume, having a bondsman who knows the local system makes a real difference.

Winston-Salem’s violent and property crime rates have trended downward over the past few years, but both still run higher than national averages, and local police continue to devote significant resources to gun violence and youth-related incidents across the city. That ongoing enforcement activity means courts and the Forsyth County Detention Center see steady volume year-round. Whether you’re posting bond for a misdemeanor charge or a more serious felony, we walk you through every step so you always know what’s next. When speed, discretion, and professionalism matter most, our Winston-Salem bail bondsmen are here to help.

How The Bail Bonds Process Works in Winston-Salem, NC

Every case is different, but most bail bonds in Winston-Salem follow the same basic path from arrest to release.

Process

  • The arrest and booking happen first. Once someone is taken into custody, they’re transported to the Forsyth County Detention Center, where booking is completed and a bond amount may be set by a magistrate.
  • A family member or friend confirms the details. Before calling a bondsman, it helps to know the person’s full name, their booking number if available, and the bond amount.
  • You call Around The Clock Bail Bonds. This is where we come in. We answer 24/7, walk you through your options, and start the paperwork right away so there’s no unnecessary delay.
  • Look for a bondsman who’s licensed, upfront about fees, and reachable at any hour. Not every provider moves fast or communicates clearly, and that’s exactly where a good bondsman earns their fee.
  • The bond is posted. Once paperwork is complete, we submit the bond to the detention facility so processing can begin.
  • Release happens. Timing varies based on staffing and booking volume at the facility, but we stay in contact throughout so you’re never left guessing.

Cost & Collateral

In Forsyth County, bail bond fees are set by state regulation and are typically a percentage of the total bond amount. Smaller bonds, especially for misdemeanor charges, often don’t require collateral and may be eligible for a payment plan.

Higher bond amounts, which are more common with felony charges, often do require collateral to secure the bond. That collateral can take several forms, including a lien on real estate, valuable property, or other qualifying assets.

The exact terms depend on the bond amount, the charges involved, and the defendant’s history, so we work with each client individually to find the arrangement suitable to their case.

Why Choose Around The Clock Bail Bonds?

Dealing with the Forsyth County legal system can be intimidating. We believe you deserve a bondsman who treats you like a person, not a transaction.

  • Available 24/7: arrests happen at all hours, so we’re always reachable, day or night, weekends and holidays included.
  • Affordable, state-regulated fees with flexible payment options: you’ll never wonder if you’re being overcharged, and we work with you to find payment terms that make sense.

  • Efficient service and timely communication: we move quickly and keep you updated at every stage, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening.

What’s My Next Step?

Before you call, gather what you can from the Forsyth County Detention Center’s online inmate search or by calling the facility directly: the person’s full legal name, their booking number if you have it, and the bond amount that’s been set. Once you have that information, call Around The Clock Bail Bonds and we’ll take it from there.

AMAZING!!! We looked for days for a bail bondsman that would work with us to bring our loved one home. After many calls and unfortunately many heartbreaking let downs, we were able to speak with Jordan and David. They were our miracle that we had been praying so hard for. Within 4 hours of speaking with them we were able to bring him home, the day before thanksgiving I might add! I can not be more grateful for the services I received. He explained what I needed, worked with my family to make sure we could make it happen that day. 5 stars just isn’t enough for what they have done for my family. If I ever find myself or anyone else in need of a bonds man I without a doubt am recommending around the clock bail bonds!
I can not thank y’all enough!!!

I contacted Around The Clock this morning and bondsman Jordan was quick to answer and help me through my concerns and questions (my first time using a bondsman service). He even texted me his personal cell phone number for even faster service. He was courteous and professional and almost immediately got his agent Aubrey connected to assist me. Aubrey was sooo awesome! Very friendly, smiley, knowledgeable and professional and she answered all my questions and worked in a super timely fashion! She stuck it out with me to the end. I couldn't be more pleased with Around The Clock Bail Bonds! Amazing service! A+++++

Honestly, 5 stars just isn’t enough to express how great of a pleasure it was to work with Jordan! Jordan responded quickly, told me what he was capable of doing for my family and he did just that! Jordan arrived to the jailhouse before my family and I. Jordan was prepared with the needed documentation, he was knowledgeable and made the experience stress free! Jordan gave my family a sense of compassion and support while explaining the process moving forward. Jordan was extremely professional yet down to earth which was enjoyable and gave us a bit of relief. Jordan took the time out to speak with my brother who had been incarcerated, giving him support and guidance moving forward. It was obvious that Jordan took on this line of work simply because he has a heart for helping others rather than just looking for a way to gain from them. Although I hope my family is never in need of a bondsman in the near future, I’d never call anyone else other than Jordan to help us out! Jordan thank you so very much for all of your help and continued support!!
