We are a leading bailbonds provider in the Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Burlington areas, owned and serviced by experienced professionals. Our owner, Jarrett Jordan, brings more than 15 years of experience in North Carolina to this work.
As is true of any reputable bail bonding agency, we are available to help you 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We serve the greater Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and Burlington markets, so we can assist you or your family members wherever you may find yourselves requiring our services.
Naturally, we guarantee the utmost confidentiality, while we work our hardest to provide a fast response to your needs. Your situation will be handled discreetly and professionally at all times. We pride ourselves in always maintaining a professional, non-judgmental, non-threatening environment.
How do you know when you need us?
You will need our services when you, or someone you care about, is arrested, charged with a crime and held in jail until someone comes to pay an amount of money determined by the judge. At that point, you would call us at Around the Clock Bailbonds and we would respond by posting a bail bond. That just means we would file an agreement with the court by which the arrested person is placed in our custody and we promise to have him or her appear in court every time they are requested, until their case is cleared. If we don’t hold up our end of the bargain, it will cost us a large sum of money, so we’re pretty serious about keeping tabs on our people while their cases are pending.
We provide this service in exchange for a fee. Around the Clock Bailbonds charges 10-15% of the bond for this service. Naturally, the accused person or his family will have to furnish cash or collateral to cover the amount of money we pledge to the court, but any items or property are always returned within 72 hours of the case being disposed. We have financing available for reasonable interest rates and can create a payment plan that works for you. And, for your convenience, we accept debit and credit cards as well as wired payments. We know that these situations are stressful for you and your family, and we want to make the arrangements go as smoothly and easily as possible.
We also provide fugitive recovery when a defendant fails to appear in court. We are allowed by law to search for and re-apprehend such runaways. At that point, our agent would return the defendant to the jurisdiction of the court in order to recover any bond money. So, really, this is not acceptable behavior – it creates ill will and results in more repercussions for the accused person.
